Former General Manager | Bob Ferrando Ford

Starting his journey at Bob Ferrando Ford in 1982, he dedicated nearly four decades to helping lead the dealership with integrity, passion, and an unmatched knowledge of the automotive industry. After serving as General Manager for many successful years, he officially retired in 2019 — but retirement didn’t last long!

Today, he still works a couple of half days each week, continuing to handle new vehicle inventory orders from Ford Motor Company — a responsibility he has managed and mastered for over 40 years. His experience and instincts when it comes to ordering the right vehicles for our customers are second to none.

He is married to his wife Nancy, and together they have built a beautiful family that includes a son, two daughters, and several grandchildren. When he’s not at the dealership, he enjoys traveling with Nancy and spending as much time as possible with his children and grandchildren. Family has always been at the center of everything he does — both at home and here at the dealership.

His legacy, leadership, and continued dedication remain an important part of Bob Ferrando Ford’s story.

Shawn Haas has proudly dedicated 31 years to serving customers at Bob Ferrando Ford Lincoln. With a deep passion for automobiles and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, Shawn has built his career around delivering an exceptional, industry-leading experience to every client he works with.

His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail ensure that each customer enjoys a smooth, transparent, and enjoyable vehicle-buying process. Shawn believes purchasing a vehicle should be exciting and stress-free — and he works hard to make that a reality every day.

Outside of the dealership, Shawn enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter, along with their two small dogs. As a family, they love skiing, camping, and making the most of the outdoors together.

Devin has been part of the Bob Ferrando team for over five years and truly loves what he does.
